WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

South African Deliveries:

We offer 2 options at checkout:
–  Standard Shipping 3-4 days 
–  Express 1-2 days

International Deliveries:

We offer 2 options at checkout:
– FedEx International Priority: 5-7 days (excluding unforeseen delays).
– DHL Express: 5-7 days (excluding unforeseen delays).

All shipments will receive a tracking number via email communication as soon as the order is collected by the courier.

Please ensure when listing your delivery details, that you provide an address where someone is available to sign for and receive your delivery during work hours, as we cannot guarantee a time as to when the 3rd party couriers will deliver your package.

All orders are dispatched by 2pm daily. Any order received after 2pm will only incur an additional 24 hour delivery time.

Please note all delivery times exclude weekends.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer FREE DELIVERY in South Africa for orders over R650.00. Any orders below R650.00 will be subject to a nominal delivery fee based on the location of the delivery address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do, international orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL. Orders are shipped once a week. Each order has a tracking number, which will be sent to you to trace your parcel.

Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and at the buyers cost. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns/refunds on international orders.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please feel free to email us at admin@artymiss.co.za about returning your purchase within 10 days of receiving it. We cannot refund “sale items”. Kindly ensure the product returned in unopened original condition. We will organise a courier to collect the return from you should you require. Once the return has been received by us we will refund you via your original method of payment. Your refund will be less the courier fee originally paid plus an additional fee for the collection courier approx R50-R100 depending on your area. Feel free to send your return back to us using your preferred courier should you have one.

PLEASE NOTE

Some items, like Framed work may indicate OUT OF STOCK. These items have a longer production lead time. We would love you to get in touch and place your order. You are also able to customise selected framed works. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning Artymiss items.

No exchange will be accepted on sale items.
